Service Fees & Payment
- Retreats must be at least five days long
- For retreats longer than two weeks, arrangements can be made with the Retreat Manager for grocery shopping/delivery
- Transport to/from Alamosa or Salida: $50
- Transport to/from bus in Moffat: $25
- Retreats less than three months: payment in full is required to reserve a cabin
- Retreats longer than three months: three months payment, plus one month deposit, is due to reserve the cabin
- Cancellations may be refunded in full 45 days prior to the start of the retreat.
- Cancellations made 30-44 days prior to the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to start of the retreat will not receive refunds.
- Cancellation: In an emergency, we may have to cancel your retreat.
- If we have to cancel your retreat and payment has been made, you will receive a full refund for all un-used time.
