The Green Tara sadhana uses visualization and mantra to help transform fear\, build inner confidence\, and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. For centuries\, practitioners have turned to Green Tara meditation as a way to calm the mind\, overcome obstacles\, and awaken the natural qualities of courage\, wisdom\, and care within. No prior Buddhist background is needed. All are welcome to attend.

Tsok is a ritual feast offering involving the offering of food\, beverages\, and other sensory pleasures to enlightened beings as a means of accumulating merit and wisdom. It is a powerful Vajrayana practice of actualizing pure perception that is intended to restore commitments and remove obstacles on the path of awakening. Please bring an offering to share.
